What is anytime, anywhere learning?
To achieve the goals of the strategic plan, Chesterfield County Public Schools provides students with daily access to technology. Since 2014, Chesterfield students have been provided access to Chromebooks and a digital learning environment. Over 63,000 Chromebooks are in the hands of students for use at school and home.
While computers provide access, our digital content empowers learning beyond at any time and in any place. Students log in to one portal website to access a vast number of learning applications, productivity tools, and our learning management site - Canvas. Students only need to remember one username and password and one website address to enter the anytime, anywhere learning environment.
With Chromebooks, Chesterfield County Public Schools provides relevant, 21st Century tools that allow students to access information needed for learning anytime, anywhere.
